Welcome to Cherrywood Estates in Richland, WA!

We are Cherrywood Estates Homeowners Association, located in south Richland (just north of Keene Road). We are a small community of 66 nice stucco homes with no through streets, so the only traffic comes from within the community. We are centrally located, so great restaurants, shopping, top schools, and places of worship are nearby. The Keene Road walking/biking path is just steps away and the Badger Mountain trailhead is just one mile away.

We think you will enjoy this unique little neighborhood with well-kept lawns and houses filled with people who understand the need to protect their investment.
